# SoCraTes Family Switzerland

> International Software Craft and Testing (SoCraTes) unconference for families,
> 6–9 May 2027 at the Pradas Resort in Breil/Brigels, Switzerland. Three mornings
> of Open Space sessions, afternoons free for family time in the Grisons mountains.

SoCraTes Family Switzerland extends the well-known SoCraTes conference format to
whole families: a classic Open Space with a marketplace and two morning session
rounds, and intentionally unscheduled afternoons for hiking, swimming, playing and
spending time together. Organised by Patrick Baumgartner and Marco Ravicini.

## Key facts

- Dates: 6–9 May 2027 (Ascension Day weekend); three conference days Thursday–Saturday,
  Sunday is the trip home, arrival possible from Wednesday evening
- Venue: Pradas Resort, Via Plaun Rueun 44, 7165 Breil/Brigels, Switzerland
- Format: family-friendly unconference (Open Space), English-speaking, international
- Attendance: contact the organisers by email to reserve a spot; each family
  rents their own apartment directly at the resort
- Code of Conduct: the Conference Code of Conduct (confcodeofconduct.com) applies
